Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can cancel at any time from the Stripe customer portal linked in your receipt, or by emailing support@parkcircusuk.shop. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it will not renew again.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price until cancelled. We show your plan and renewal date, and your card statement shows REELIST. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

Because plans are subscriptions to a service (not stored credit), our refund approach is:

• Unused monthly allowance is not refundable when you simply cancel.
• Duplicate charges, obvious billing errors and charges you did not authorise are refunded in full once verified.
• If the service was materially unavailable for an extended period due to a fault on our side, contact us for a pro-rata credit or refund.
• Where you have a statutory right to a refund under the consumer law that applies to you, that right is honoured in full.

Email support@parkcircusuk.shop with the email on your account and the charge date. We aim to respond within 3 business days and to process approved refunds to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on Stripe and your bank.

If something looks wrong, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. We follow Stripe’s standard refunds and disputes processes, and we take unauthorised-charge reports seriously.
